Proportional Valves
1. Installation
(a) Put vent port upward to eliminate presence of air when trial running; To achieve stable pressure, do not exceed 30 cm for the length of pipe.
(b) Don't supply power to dual-solenoid at the same time.
2. Air Vent
(a) Set up system pressure at 30 kgf/cm² and turn the vent port upward position and loosen the screw again; tighten the screw when oil is full of tank.
(b) If dismantling valves and piping is needed, please reconfirm all pressure inside the circuits has entirely purged.
3. Manual Adjusting Screw
(a) Turn on the manual adjusting screw in clockwise rotation when electric control is break down; Restore to the original place after used.
